After a 3-2 loss to the Shawinigan Xtreme Bionest on opening day, the host Brantford Blast won their next four games to take the 2008 Allan Cup. En route to the cup victory, Brantford defeated the Bentley Generals 5-3, the Whitby Dunlops 7-2, the Dundas Real McCoys 3-2 in overtime, and the Bentley Generals in the Cup final. The 2009 tournament will be played in Steinbach Manitoba.
